Hi, I'm Erick. For me, baking is so much more than just following a recipe—it's a way of sharing a piece of my heart. Over the last decade, I've worked in professional kitchens from the Philippines to Saudi Arabia, learning that while technique is vital, it's the genuine passion you put into every batch that makes the difference.

My path has taken me from hands-on creation to leading production teams, and my background in technical operations has taught me to value precision and consistency in everything I make. Baking is my way of connecting with others.
